The Group Executive Committee
The Group Executive Committee has comprised 14 members since the change in governance on October 17, 2011, Mr Gourgeon having resigned from the Group on that date. It meets every two weeks, alternating between Amsterdam and Paris, to determine the Group's main orientations within the framework of the strategy approved by the Board of Directors.
The Group Executive Committee members fulfil responsibilities at the level of the Air France-KLM Group while retaining their functions within each entity. They are thus remunerated by the company to which they belong.
