The Consultative Committee
To better understand the expectations of its individual shareholders, Air France-KLM created a Consultative Committee (CCRAI) in 2000. This Committee’s main task is to submit proposals and assist the financial communications team to improve the quality of the Group’s communication with individual shareholders.
The members of the Committee fulfill an advisory role on the needs of individual shareholders in terms of financial communication and are responsible for submitting any questions, suggestions and requests, to the Group’s executives particularly in advance of the General Shareholders’ Meeting. They also review the Group’s website, Annual Report, etc. Recently, the Committee decided to change the layout of the shareholders’ newsletter.
The Consultative Committee thus acts as an effective bridge between shareholders and the Group’s financial management.
During the 2010-11 financial year, the Committee met 4 times in plenary session and once in its sub-group configuration.
